During the training we will analyze the reference model in innovation for the detection of new opportunities and their implementation, of strategies to compete in the market with differential and groundbreaking value propositions, capable of opening new windows of opportunity in especially competitive markets and with high barriers to entry.

The objective will be to understand, through framework of the "blue oceans" How can you come up with an innovative value proposition capable of gaining a foothold in the market? and, therefore, capable of knocking down the entry barriers of other already existing competitors. In addition to establishing connections, alliances and possible collaborations with the incubator companies and with the Madrid Emprende network.
