19-October-2023 — 15:00 - 19:00
FreeManaging relationships between people from a restorative approach is a professional practice that facilitates working on respect and assertiveness as a guarantee of business growth and process improvement. New technologies have changed the world of work.
Digital tools have transformed our way of communicating, solving problems and executing tasks, especially in generation Z. Being able to open effective and assertive communication channels in the work environment has become a fundamental challenge to solve.
Objective:
The objective of this training is to facilitate theoretical-practical experiences on talent management in the company from the restorative approach: work on building a team that gives the best both professionally and personally, define actions and values that reinforce trust, communication efficient, non-violent and honest, and develop the ability to overcome all types of challenges.
