Financial Plan: Fundamentals and basic metrics

In this training we will talk about the financial planning: what it is and why we apply it, together with key concepts such as the short and long term.

In turn, we will analyze some financial fundamentals as:

• the income statement
• balance sheet
• The cash flow statement
• the point of balance

Finally, we will see the process for the elaboration of the annual budget and basic metrics.

With a duration of 4 hours, the objective of this training is to provide entrepreneurs with knowledge about the elaboration of the financial plan and metrics basic of it.
