FreeTraining session "Labeling in the food industry" with Eva Mª Martín, agricultural engineer and graduate in Food Technology, with a master's degree in Dietetics and food safety for communities. She is currently director of the Qalimentaria consultancy, after having worked almost 20 years in public companies (National Institute of Agricultural and Food Research -INIA- and in Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios SA -TRAGSATEC-).

Regulation 1169/2011 on food labeling:
- The name of the food.
- The list of ingredients.
- Allergens.
- The amount of certain ingredients.
- The net amount of food.
- The minimum duration date or expiration date.
- The special conservation conditions and/or the conditions of use.
- The name or business name and address of the food business operator.
- The country of origin or place of origin.
- The mode of use.
- Alcoholic levels, with respect to drinks that have more than 1.2 % in volume.
- The nutritional information.
