Team management

Team management is the responsibility of the entire organization. It is crucial that all layers of a business project know tools that allow us to communicate in the way the person needs in a stressful situation, and not just what we think would serve us individually.

What happens when a work team enters a crisis? How do we individually manage our leadership in situations of misunderstanding and/or work tension?

• Team management seeks to achieve business objectives, always taking into account the human factor.

We will work on different theories at a structural level to identify the different types of teams: Team Constellations by Eugenio Moliní, types of Cultures by Edward T. Hall and the Communication Process by Taibi Kahler.

• soft skills (soft skills) are the key to be able to carry out a balanced team management.

Through Eric Bern's Dramatic Triangle theory, we will delve into the types of leadership that we can find in teamwork from a double perspective: from vulnerability (or stress) and from balance (or connection with their talent).
